Fan Festival 2026 in Anaheim Mobile App Available
We're pleased to announce that we have created a free mobile app to help attendees get the most out of Fan Festival 2026 in Anaheim! The app provides helpful tools for attendees, including a comprehensive schedule of stage events, detailed maps of the event, including all the locations where attendees can collect stickers for the Sticker Scavenger Hunt, and more information about the show, like an FAQ.
Some sections of the app will be hidden until registration begins on Thursday, April 23 (we don't want to spoil everything)!
To get started, download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Create a Profile
Creating a profile can be done via the onboarding screen when you first open the app or via the Profile tab at any time. This profile is specific to the application, but to connect your profile to your Fan Festival tickets, you should use the email address that was used to purchase your tickets.
Once you create an account you can save panels to your personal schedule and set reminders for them, and also link your tickets to your profile.
We also recommend allowing app notifications for any important updates that we push out during the event (including when merchandise store reservations start on Thursday night).
Merchandise Store Reservations
The app is required for attendees who want to reserve a time slot to purchase merchandise at the merchandise store. Reservations are limited, and are set to open on Thursday evening at 8:00PM (PDT). You can prepare by creating your profile and connecting your tickets ahead of the reservation launch.
On the Reservations screen in the app:
Select Create Your Profile
Select Connect Your Tickets (You must use the email address used when purchasing your tickets / The email address that won the initial lottery to purchase the tickets) * April 22, 2026 - PLEASE SEE UPDATE BELOW
Select Make a Reservation to enter the Reservations Site (once it's live on Thursday)
Select a Date (April 24th or April 25th)
Select Time slot
Add any Guests
Select Confirm and Schedule
To view your confirmed reservations at any time, select the View My Reservations button to see your time slot.
Update 4/22: We are receiving contacts from users who are unable to retrieve their tickets in the app. Our investigation reveals that this affects users who were selected in the initial lottery to purchase tickets, but the tickets were ultimately purchased using a different email.
For example, if your friend won the ticket lottery to purchase tickets, but gave you their invite code, the tickets are assigned in the system to their email address, regardless of using your own email to complete the purchase. Worry not, because as long as you have your tickets (QR codes) and ID that matches the ticket names, you will be able to attend the event without issue.
However, for the merchandise store reservation system, the system is checking against the original email address that the invitation to purchase was sent to. To retrieve your tickets in the app for reservations, you will need to enter that original email address, and the owner of that email address will need to assist you with sharing the link they receive when you enter their email address. Opening the link on your phone with the mobile app will then link the tickets properly.
Attendees who do not get a reservation will be able to join a standby line for the merchandise store. However, we expect it to take much longer to accommodate those in the standby line as reservations will be prioritized.
