Merchandise at the Event

A variety of merchandise will be available for attendees to purchase at Fan Festival 2026 in Anaheim. The event is cashless so please bring credit cards or digital forms of payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).

Location & Operating Hours

The merchandise store will be located in Hall E, the same location as the Registration area. A wristband will always be required to visit the merchandise store, so if you wish to visit the store on Thursday (Day 0) please be sure to grab that first! Note that lines will start being capped up to an hour before the concert begins each night. Review the Merchandise Store hours in the Schedule section.

Time Slot Reservations

Starting Thursday night, the Fan Festival mobile app will introduce reservations for time slots for Friday and Saturday. A push notification will be sent to mobile app users once the reservation system is live.

To register for a time slot, you need to access your tickets in the app and log in once prior to booking. Then you will need to enter the name and email address that match your Fan Festival ticket purchase. As only the purchaser's email was captured during ticket purchase, those who purchased two tickets will be able to make a single reservation for up to two people. Stock is available while supplies last and having a reservation does not guarantee the ability to purchase every item. Some items may have a limit per purchase.

Standby Line

A standby line will also be available during show days for those without reservations but please note that reservations will be prioritized which may lead to long wait times.

Take a look at the full lineup of items and their prices (tax excluded) so you can plan out your purchases at the event. The numbers on each item will be used when you're purchasing.

After the event ends, any remaining stock will be made available for purchase on the Square Enix Store!
